Crowdfunder Campagne to raise £20k to install new drainage on the main grass pitch.
As many will know, we have had issues with the 2nd team pitch being waterlogged for the last few years, and this year has been even worse. We have been unable to train or play games on the pitch for most of the year, which affects both junior & senior rugby.
We are looking to raise money to install new drainage to alleviate those issues and give us a pitch fit for purpose throughout the season.
Today, we have launched a Crowdfunder campaign to raise £10k, and Sport England will match that with another £10k. We have until the 8th of May to raise the funds; a minimum of 100 individual donations are required to get the matched funding.
