U7s introduces players to Tag Rugby, which is non-contact and all about energy, evasion, and teamwork. Our sessions are packed with fun, active games that teach the fundamental skills of running, passing, and catching in a safe and supportive environment. This age group is also the first to experience playing friendly fixtures against local opposition.
