The local derby ends honours even. As expected it was a physical battle between Keighley and Salem. The home side capitalising on errors from the Keighley side to jump ahead. Just as Keighley managed to regain the lead momentum swung back the other way on the stroke of the half. Once again a miscommunication from a second-half kick off saw the Bradford side catch their own kick and run in to pull away. Keighley were then hit with two yellow cards, but managed to keep themselves in the match taking the points at the death to earn an away draw.
